A mood board can be particularly vague at times. You have various pieces selected and displayed in a beautiful pattern or design, but does it really help you envision a design in your space? The mood board is an important first step for us as Designers to create, as if gives us a way to gather some ideas for a design and to really tap into a persons thoughts and ideas. Putting together colors, textures, furniture and accessories so they flow and are cohesive with one another will help set the parameters of the design. Once you have a good feel for the Mood Board, we can move towards producing a room rendering which will help you further envision the design in the space and to put it all in too perspective.
